At St Alban's Fulham, we want to make space for young people of all backgrounds to have fun, make friends and grow in confidence. We provide opportunities to explore faith and encounter God in worship, discussion and prayer.
Thursday Youth Clubs
Everyone is welcome to join us, regardless of faith or belief.
Our Thursday Youth Clubs at The Hub
are open youth groups for 8-16s held every Thursday evening during school term-time.
There are snacks, refreshments, and space to chill out, chat with friends and youth workers, bake, do craft, or play games.
Times and ages:
YOUNGER YOUTH 8 – 11 yrs (School Yrs 4- 7) 5-6pm
OLDER YOUTH 12 – 16 yrs (School Yrs 8) 6.30-8pm
We offer youth mentoring sessions, in groups or individually, with a small number of young people.
Typically, a mentoring session will provide an hour per week for a young person to meet with their mentor to discuss life, identity, and whatever issues they want
to talk through.
Trips and Activities
Why stay indoors when there’s so much to explore out there?
Our team of volunteers regularly take trips to all kinds of places to push our young people to try something new!
New Activities coming up soon.
We know kids spend almost a third of their week in school. We also know teachers are often faced with the challenge of wanting to support kids they work with pastorally but often don’t have enough hours to.
We support 3 schools across Hammersmith and Fulham, providing, mentoring, playground support, Assemblies, RE lessons, running an Alpha Course and Romance Academy Sessions.
“Thank you so much for the way you ran Romance Academy at Lady Margret’s School, You were really prepared each week, and ran the session with such wisdom and sensitivity. Thanks so much for devoting your time and energy to help me in my ministry, such an encouragement”
- Lady Margaret’s Chaplain.
What to expect
Young people are welcome to join in our 11am and 6pm services. Everyone stays in service for the opening set of worship. When noted by the service leader the youth will be released to their group. Once in their group the young people will experience a time of community, Bible story and discussion.
We also have evenings at Youth events like LIFT are great opportunities to grow in faith and discover more.
We couldn’t do what we do without an amazing team of Volunteers!
All our volunteers hold a current DBS and have opportunities to receive youth and children’s work training, safeguarding training and first aid training.

While all of this work is so exciting, it is made possible by people giving financially to make it happen.
That money comes from a variety of sources from grant making trusts to individual donors. We are very good at making the money we receive go a long way!
